Zoë joins Cultivate Legal as a solicitor with a strong foundation in criminal law and advocacy. Raised in Orange, she later relocated to Brisbane, where she served the Queensland community as a Police Officer with the Queensland Police Service before progressing to the role of Police Prosecutor. Through this experience, Zoë developed substantial, firsthand exposure to all stages of criminal proceedings and a practical, courtroom‑focused approach to legal practice.
After returning to Orange with her family in late 2023, Zoë has enjoyed working locally and throughout the broader Central West region, gaining a nuanced understanding of the practical and regulatory considerations unique to regional practice in New South Wales. She joined the Cultivate Legal team in March 2026, bringing with her a sound knowledge of criminal law and procedure, together with a genuine commitment to serving regional communities.
Zoë particularly enjoys advocacy work and is enthusiastic about expanding her practice across all areas of litigation and advocacy as her career progresses.
