Our History
Cultivate Legal, formerly known as Rickards Whiteley, is now managed by principals Camilla Davidson and Lucy Gahan with Michael Whiteley continuing to work with Camilla and Lucy on a day-to-day basis as a consultant.
Camilla and Lucy worked alongside Michael Whiteley and Kim Rickards for many years at Rickards Whiteley. That firm proudly traced its roots back to Golsby Whiteley, established in the early 1900s and led by Len Whiteley, who served as mayor of Cowra during the Cowra Breakout.
Rickards Whiteley opened branch offices in both Cowra and Orange, fostering strong relationships built on foundations of trust and understanding within the local community.
Cultivate Legal continues to nurture these well-established roots, cultivating trust and relationships with our local communities while providing expert legal advice across a range of practice areas for clients throughout NSW.
