Camilla Davidson

Principal, B. Bus., LL.M. (Applied Law) majoring in Wills and Estates

Camilla Davidson is a Principal of Cultivate Legal. Camilla proudly grew up in Cowra, attended Hurlstone Agricultural High School and holds Bachelors of Laws and Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. In 2016, Camilla completed a Masters of Law (Applied Law) majoring in Wills & Estates at the College of Law. Camilla was awarded the Best Student in Estate Planning.

Camilla joined Rickards Whiteley in 2006 and has established a strong and loyal client base.

She is a highly experienced solicitor, focused on the details, and enjoys working closely with clients to provide practical and holistic advice to achieve their desired outcomes.

Camilla practices predominantly in the following areas:

  • Estate planning, providing comprehensive advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardians, superannuation death benefit nominations, and passing of control of family trusts, companies and self-managed superannuation funds.

  • Estate administration, including Probate and Letters of Administration applications, and advising clients on their roles, responsibilities and rights as executors, administrators and/or beneficiaries.

  • Conveyancing, including residential and rural property transactions, leasing, and intergenerational transfers of land used for primary production.

Outside of work, Camilla enjoys spending time with her husband, Miles and their three children. She is a proud member of the Millthorpe community and can regularly be found on the sidelines of a sporting fixture in Millthorpe, Bathurst or Orange.
